Daniel is a personal trainer from Whangarei and one of the lead trainers at Zone Escapes. He’s passionate about all things health and fitness and has always played competitive sports, once representing New Zealand on the international stage for soccer. Daniel loves being active, getting outdoors and pushing his body in different ways.
His goal is to always get the best out of his clients in every single training session, and to help them achieve their fitness goals through a fun but hardworking approach.

I focus on funtional fitness, HIIT, kettlebell training and crossfit-based movements, and I love seeking fun new ways to incorporate these aspects into training sessions.
In my spare time I enjoy relaxing, playing golf and fishing
I love to travel! my top 2 places so far are Croatia and Bali. I love countries with good weather, nice beaches and chilled vibes. The next destination I have in mind is Greece and Portugal!
