Zone Escapes’ all-inclusive fitness escapes are for those wanting to unleash, unwind, escape and explore. We’ll take you on an adventure packed with challenging workouts, delicious, nutritious food, rejuvenating activities and plenty of opportunities to get to know your new pals!

There’ll be countless opportunities to push yourself with the support and guidance of our awesome trainers—but we also balance this out with rest, recovery and recreation. Our daily HIIT sessions are challenging and our low-impact yoga and stretching classes are designed to help your body recover. All sessions are optional too so if you feel like a break, just listen to your body and sit the next one out.

Zone Escapes is kiwi owned and operated and we welcome people of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes to those who are just beginning their health and fitness journeys. Our blood-pumping, tailored group High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts are designed to push you and produce maximum results in a minimum amount of time. Our qualified trainers are there to direct you, give plenty of encouragement and make sure breaking a sweat is challenging yet safe and fun for everyone, regardless of your age or fitness level. HIIT is a proven method for weight loss, improved strength and cardiovascular health—plus it’s FUN! If you haven’t tried it already, you’ll soon be hooked!


Resting and relaxing is just as important as being active, so we make this happen too. To help you recover and relax our fitness escapes include daily stretch and yoga sessions to help you recover, release tension and prevent injury. Or if you’d prefer to relax in your own way, you can opt to have some 'me' time, relaxing by the pool, winding down in the spa or sauna, reading or listening to music… It’s your choice—you’re on holiday after all!


There’ll be loads of exciting activities to let you explore and experience the best parts of your fitness escape destination. Think bike rides, kayaking, hot pools, jet boats, hikes and more. You’ll get to enjoy delicious food and a cheeky drink or two while checking out the local sights and creating awesome memories with your new friends.
